This gourmet salt, hand-picked in the manner of the French “fleur de sel” (in Spanish: “Flor de Sal”), is a natural salt that is particularly rich in minerals. SAL de IBIZA’s “Fleur de sel” has a much sweeter and fresher taste than ordinary table salt.
