A delicate peachy pink colour, its airy nose suggests a light stony veil, followed by fresh peaches, floral notes and aniseed. Dry, its soft, satiny mouthfeel is invigorated by the fresh acidity of its zesty character. Its generous heart offers pulpy fruits such as pomegranate, apricot, spiced by its peppery notes, a little aniseed, garrigue and tinged with gunflint. Long, with a zesty aftertaste reminiscent of tangerine skin, it will keep for 2-3 years. 750ml.
