Ingredients from organic farming. Sugar and chocolate from fair trade. Tip: Don’t hesitate to add nuts or the zest of a nice orange! Also delicious if you add the equivalent of a cup of espresso coffee to the dough! Once cooked, the fondant keeps very well for 2-3 days at room temperature.
